Bookings Terms & Conditions
Mountain Star Social Treks & Expedition Pvt. Ltd (MSST) requires for our clients to kindly adhere the below points in order to ensure confirmation/booking of any form of services from MSST.
- An advance payment of 40% on the total programme cost is to be made at least 30 days prior to the start of the programme in order to ensure timely preparations and confirmation;
- The remaining payment shall be settled prior to the start of the programme;
- The advance payment will not be reimbursed in the case where there are delays of arrival, no show, however the funds are transferable for the following trip if the clients/company provides enough evidence as to why the programme had to be transferred;
- Having paid full amount of any trip, you’re entitled to refund in the case you want to cancel your trip (details are given below). Cancellation charges will be invoiced to you upon receipt of written notification from the clients.
Cancellation charges are as below:
1-30 days before departure- 50%
31-40 days before departure- 60%
41-60 days before departure- 80%
61-90 days before departure-100%
The advance must be directly transferred to our bank account, details given below:

(Bank transfer service charges will be borne by the clients at the time of deposit)
For the final settlement, if clients wish to pay by credit card, it must be noted that a charge of 4.5% is levied against the payment as bank service charge.
